Bristol Tower
Bristol Tower is a luxurious, curved apartment building with 40 stories. Built in 1993, it sits on the water in Brickell, a hot neighborhood in Miami. The building was designed by a Miami firm, Revuelta Vega Leon Architects, and developed by Ugo Columbo. There are 147 apartments inside, with options from one to a whopping five bedrooms (check out Bristol Tower floor plans to see the different layouts). Because the building is round, you can see almost all the way around Miami and the water from most apartments - pretty cool! The apartments themselves are fancy with high-end appliances from Sub-Zero and Miele, laundry rooms, windows stretching from floor to ceiling, and balconies with glass railings that wrap around the whole apartment.
Living in Bristol Tower means having lots of fun things to do at your fingertips. There are tennis courts, a modern gym, a heated pool to relax in, a sauna, a hot tub, a room for socializing, and even a 24-hour parking service where someone will park your car for you! Plus, there's a concierge to help you with anything you need, a convenience store downstairs for snacks, and even a cafe to grab a coffee.
This building is in a great spot for walking too. You can walk to Rosetta Bakery, Joe & the Juice, Simpson Park, and Alice Wainwright Park. If you have a car, it's just a quick 10-minute drive to Coconut Grove, 18 minutes to South Beach for some fun in the sun, and another 18 minutes to catch a game at the American Airlines Arena.
